ROBIE’S MUSICAL ADVENTURE
2QL - ROBERT LESNIKAR
Robert Lesnikar was born on August 22,1974 in Hechingen, Germany. As a child, he moved to Slovenia with his family. Over the years, the disere to create music boiled in him. His mother noticed this passion and helped him buy hist first drums, and a years long musical adventure began.
ADONIS BAND
On April 1, 1993, he founded the music group Adonis band. They play in hotels and guesthouses and entertain guests.
MON AMI
Feeling the vibe of dance music, he founded the group Mon Ami on May 1, 1995.
THE FIRST CASSETTE
The group records a promotional tape called DANCE PROJECT in the BON-TON studio in 1995.
FIRST ALBUM
In September 1996, they recorded their first album in Studio 22 entitled: SEX, MUSIC & FUN. It features the hit song ENERGIJA NOČI and NE ME ARETIRAT. On November 28, 1996, they signed a contract with the biggest music label Mandarina.
SECOND ALBUM
In April 1998, they recorded the second album entitled BAGUETTE MAGIQUE in the studio AKADEMIK. It features the song POLNOČ, which becomes a big hit.
MUSIC VIDEO
On May 10, 1998, a music video for the song POLNOČ is filmed in PREDJAMSKI GRAD. In May 2001, Postojnska Jama released the video on a promotional DVD fot the whole world.
And then love comes and takes Robi to family waters for 22 years. Thus, the Mon Ami group remains only a beautiful memory.
Because music is the MEANING OF LIFE for him, it pulled him and pulled him back to his first love, MUSIC!
2QL HAS BEEN BORN!
Within a year, he set up a 2ql music studio at home and started making music again.

In 2022, he released the song NA PLAŽI. The song was sung by children in all parts of Slovenia. That's why he decides to record another version in Croatian for adults with a love message entitled NA PLAŽI OVE NOĆI.
MUSIC VIDEO
In June 2022, he presented a music video fot the song NA PLAŽI.
MOKRO MAJČKO IMELA JE
The song is released in 2023.
ICH WAR ATEMLOS
Because he is a big fan of schlagers and because he misses his native Germany, he lovingly created the song ICH WAR ATEMLOS which will be released on march 22, 2024, based on a true story that he experienced himself.
